I have no clue what the congregation of Emanuel AME Church is going through right now. I can't pretend to understand, because I don't. Sometimes I wish that I was visibly emotional so that I could literally cry about people and events to God. But that's not me. I am extremely inwardly emotional. When difficult circumstances take place, I struggle to express grief. Yes, I hurt for the people of Charleston. But you could not tell that by looking at me. A song has been going through my head since the shooting in Charleston. I read Out of a Far Country  by Christopher Yuan and Angela Yuan early last semester. Though I do not agree with everything that Christopher states about homosexuality, I will share some of his thoughts and experiences with you today. I encourage you to read this book if you want to know more about this issue from a first-hand (Christopher) and a second-hand (Angela) basis. Hey there!  Well, time for my first ever concert review.  I guess I'll start with the first opener: Rozzi Crane.  She used profanity quite often, so I would not recommend her; however, she did do a decent cover of "Barracuda."  Next was Magic!  They all wore matching red suits.  It was funny in a way.  They performed a new song called "No Way No" and attempted a cover of "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun," which works surprisingly well with their reggae style.  They didn't play their big hit song, "Rude," until the very end, which kind of disappointed me.  Oh well. Finally, Maroon 5 came out.  They started with a big hit from their most recent album, "Animals."  It was full of energy and was a great opening song. Hey, guys. I know that this is not a marvelous or happy thing; however, a serious issue is present in our society and in my life today, and it needs to be discussed.  How do I know this?  Because I live with it.  I have an Internet addiction.  You may laugh and say, "everyone today does." We are constantly on iPhones or Androids and not with people.  If this is you, you need help.  If the second you are alone in your room, you are on your phone, then, you have an addiction.  How to suppress or cure it?  Well, as a professor at my college told us, you can control it.  You think that you cannot, but you can. Hey guys!  Excited to be posting again. This time, I will be discussing favorite 90s television shows/movies of mine, in order of relevance to today's television. 1. Boy Meets World (BMW) (1993-2000)- I honestly have not watched a ton of this show.  It is, however, relevant to today's television because of the highly popular spin-off, Girl Meets World.  I enjoy Girl Meets World, mostly because all of the older fans who watch it with their kids become extremely excitable about BMW references. 2. Full House (1987-1995)- I LOVE THIS SHOW.  I grew up watching the re-runs of this with my sister.  A rumor is brewing that producers may be working on a spin-off of this, but nothing has been confirmed.  I love the relationship of the Tanner sisters, probably because I am the youngest of three sisters similar to Michelle. 3. Well, in case you are into music, here are some new (ish) artists that I have found.  This first group is well-known for their covers: six sisters make up Cimorelli.  You will find tight harmonies and instrumentation among their strengths; a weakness is their occasional talking about random things.  This guy is also known for covers of popular songs; however, he also starred in a Nickelodeon movie called Rags  in 2012.  His name is Max Schneider.  He has an extremely powerful voice; you will also see his talented instrument-playing brother Kurt on his videos.  Kurt also has his own YouTube channel.  Now for some more official artists: Anthem Lights is a Christian band who posts covers on YouTube to get popularity.  I honestly have never listened to any of their own music, but their musical covers are great.  At the age of ten, Jackie Evancho was runner-up on the fifth season of  America's Got Talent .  She is known for her oper...
